privacy policy.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This policy explains how gollygeeashley.com (“the site”) and its private Creator Studio (“Studio”) collect, use, and protect information. Studio is a private tool used only by the site owner, Ashley, to schedule and publish her own content to social accounts she owns or manages.
Information we collect
- Account sign-in details (email address) for the site owner’s Studio account.
- Connected social account details, such as display name, avatar, and account ID, received when an account is linked (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads).
- Access tokens issued by those platforms so Studio can publish on the owner’s behalf.
- Content the owner creates in Studio: videos, images, captions, hashtags, and schedule times.
- Messages sent through the public contact page.
How we use it
- To show which account is connected to each brand profile.
- To upload and publish the owner’s videos and posts to her connected accounts at the time she schedules.
- To show post status on the Studio calendar.
We do not sell, rent, or share information with advertisers, and we do not use it for profiling.
TikTok data
When a TikTok account is linked, Studio receives basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar) and permission to upload and publish videos. This data is used only to identify the connected account and to post content the owner scheduled. Studio does not read followers, messages, or other users’ data.
Storage and security
Access tokens are encrypted and stored on secure servers that only the publishing service can read. Uploaded videos are kept private and are deleted automatically after they have been published to every selected platform. Post records (caption, date, links) remain so the calendar stays accurate.
Disconnecting and deletion
A connected account can be disconnected at any time from Studio settings, which revokes and deletes its stored token. You can also remove access from the platform’s own app settings (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions). To request deletion of any information, use the contact page.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions? Reach out through the contact page.
